Internationally renowned chef Roberto Carangiu has been involved in cuisine for over 30 years, running the kitchens of prestigious award-winning restaurants. His experience has allowed him to acquire a unique expertise in managing high-quality catering for large numbers and organising high-tech kitchens.

In his role as R& D Director for Caterking he works with physicists, chemists, designers and experts in marketing and food products to create menus, set up kitchens and explore the potential of raw materials.
