Cartier - Sortilège de Cartier Top Clients 2011 - September 2011 - Rome
Cartier chose Caterking, in conjunction with Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco and Emanuele Scarello for the 2011 edition of the event it holds every 4 years for its 150 top clients worldwide. This year the chosen city was Rome, which provided the backdrop to 5 days of shows and parties: the Sortilège de Cartier.

All the brunches, lunches, hospitality and gala dinners were entrusted to Caterking. Andrea Prisco was Food Coordinator for the entire event, selecting and recruiting the chefs, setting the menus for each function, selecting the wine cellar, managing the casting and outfitting of the serving staff.
Assisting him in the two key moments of the Sortilége de Cartier: Emanuele Scarello for the functions at Villa Aurelia and Carlo Cracco for the gala dinner at the Galleria Borghese.
